1. Where are you located?
Joy Champs is operating from 51A Hillview Avenue. Students who have signed up for hybrid or physical classes will attend their lessons in person. JC offers online classes which will be conducted via Zoom.
2. How long are your classes?
Each class is 2 hours long. We will provide all resources required for the lessons. If you have opt for online classes, materials will be sent via post.
3. What happens if my child is unwell?
If your child is feeling unwell or is unable to attend the lesson, please inform us at least 4 hours in advance, we will then arrange for your child to attend the next available lesson.
4. Will there be classes during Public Holidays?
No, our classes will run in accordance to MOE calendar. We will have classes during the school term break with other workshops and holiday programs but we will not have any lessons during PH so that you can spend some quality time with your child.
5. Can my child attend more than 1 session of the same subject?
Yes. At Joy Champs, we believe in mindset building and if your child feels that they need to attend another lesson to revise or refresh their memory, they can do so at no additional charges. Please let the class tutor know in advance so that she can better prepare and ensure the class is a breeze to follow.
